Life as a double blind experiment

Oil, mixed media on canvas
36 x 36"

A double-blind study is one in which neither the participants nor those conducting the experiment know who is receiving a particular treatment. What if there is no universal purpose; no meaning; no sense other than the one we attach to every single thing in our day-to-day life? What if this is the only way of being and staying sane? What if we and God are equally blind?
